The costs for the return are charged to the customer. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer. The reimbursement time for the purchase or replacement of the product is approximately 30 days. The replacement of the product takes place after checking the status of the returned product.
In case of cash on delivery (only for Italy) the refund is made by bank transfer. In case of payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, the refund is made by crediting the amount and the refund time may vary according to the credit card used.
The reimbursement excludes transport costs, both for sending and returning the goods, and any customs duties / taxes.
The reimbursement of the purchase price will be total only in case of return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods received, or in case of loss / incorrect delivery of the package by the courier. REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The maximum times within which to submit requests or complaints are as follows:
- 15 DAYS for complaints relating to defective goods, missing or not corresponding to the order.
- 3 MONTHS for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (eg package not received, package storage, delivery problems, etc.).
- 6 MONTHS for requests relating to payment transactions or refunds.
