PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for purchases on iileven.comt can be made in several ways:

• Credit card, secure advance payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Sì and PostePay circuits;
• PayPal, secure advance payment;
• Cash on delivery (only for Italy). Payment is made by cash to the courier upon delivery of the goods. In the event of a return and refund, you will be asked for a bank account in which to make the payment, and you may have to wait a few days longer than the digital payment. Payment is in cash and the courier is not required to have change available.
  If payment is made by check, the collection can take place within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of issue.

 

NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

Since customized products at the express request of the customer (eg clothing and accessories with special customization) cannot be returned, their payment is only possible in advance, therefore by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

iileven.com does not manage any credit card number, the payment is managed by means of secure authentication and respecting the strictest banking procedures. Credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than the user's bank.

Payments by credit card do not involve additional costs.
