Shipping fees
Shipping takes place by BRT express courier, at a cost of € 10 throughout Italy, including the islands, both for online payment and cash on delivery.
Once your order has been taken over by the courier, you will receive the tracking number via email or text message with the link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery times are 24/48 hours throughout Italy, including the islands, excluding holidays. With a purchase order equal to or greater than 135 € the shipping costs are FREE.
For all EU countries the shipping cost will be € 15, with an additional € 5 for Corsica and Greece.
Returns and Exchanges
The return can be made within 15 days of receipt of the goods as long as the product is intact, in the original packaging and not personalized. The replacement is free, except for the cost of returning the goods to our office.
The return request must be made at info@iileven.com, indicating the order number, reason for return and any model and size for the replacement.
Once we have received the returned goods at our office and assessed their integrity, we will refund / ship the replacement goods
