SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
COURIER SERVICE
The products are shipped by courier, which delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient.
During the order it is therefore important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number), to facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure. It is important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods. Furthermore, it is important to always indicate the surname on the intercom.
Illeven di Eccelsio srl Unipersonale will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
Please do not enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the courier would be unable to deliver the purchased goods. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), IIleven di Eccelsio srl Unipersonale will not be responsible for subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products in that country.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping takes place by BRT express courier, at a cost of € 10 throughout Italy, including the islands, both for online payment and cash on delivery. Delivery times are 24/48 hours throughout Italy, including the islands, excluding holidays. With a purchase order equal to or greater than 135 € the shipping costs are FREE.
For all EU countries the shipping cost will be € 15, with an additional € 5 for Corsica and Greece.
